严秀平 :南开大学化学学院教授

严秀平,男,1962年1月生,浙江省临海市人,南开大学化学学院教授,博士生导师,分析科学研究中心主任,校学术委员会委员,长江学者特聘教授。2013年1月16日当选中国人民政治协商会议天津市第十三届委员会委员。

人物经历

1981年毕业于浙江台州师专(现为台州学院)化学系;

1987和1993年分别获中科院大连化学物理研究所分析化学硕士学位及中科院生态环境研究中心环境化学博士学位。

1993.7至2000.1间,先后在北京大学化学系、德国Perkin-Elmer仪器公司应用研究部、比利时安特卫普大学研究院痕微量化学研究中心及加拿大Saskatchewan大学地球科学系从事博士后研究。

严秀平培养博士研究生60余名,其中2名博士生的论文分别获得2009年全国百篇优秀博士学位论文和2013年全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名论文。

工作经历

2000年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2001年入选“天津市131人才工程”第一层次人选,2002年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2004年入选“天津市授衔专家”,2006年分别入选“长江学者奖励计划特聘教授”、“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”和“首届天津市德业双馨十佳教师”。

环境分析化学: 联用技术、绿色样品预处理技术、现代光谱/质谱和分离分析技术及其在持久性有毒污染物分析中的应用;生物分析化学: 毛细管电泳/色谱与原子光谱/质谱联用技术应用于元素形态与生物活性分子的相互作用、生物体中金属元素间的协同和拮抗作用、金属组学、金属蛋白质组学研究, 纳米生物传感;先进材料分析化学: 先进功能材料的合成、表征及其在重要环境和生物目标物的分离分析、传感和成像中的应用。

发明与著作

长期从事原子光(质)谱分析及联用技术、环境分析化学、生物无机化合物分析化学和先进材料在分析化学中的应用研究,提出了若干电热原子化过程动力学参数的测定方法并被国际同行应用于原子化机理的研究,发展了一系列环境和生物体系中化学污染物的在线富集分离和检测联用新技术和新方法,合成了一系列新颖先进功能材料并应用于分离分析、化学和生物传感。获发明专利授权5项,合作出版学术著作1部,发表SCI论文190篇,其中IF\u003e3.0论文78篇(包括Analytical Chemistry (32),Accounts of Chemical Research (1), Chemical Society Reviews (1), Angewandte Chemie (4),Journal of the American Chemical Society (2), Advanced Materials (1),Chemistry – A European Journal (5), Environmental Science \u0026 Technology (4)),被SCI期刊引用1518次,H指数为23。
