倪波，土木建筑学科教授，曾赴法国普瓦捷大学热力工程系留学。

主要研究成果有：喷淋室的热湿交换研究、置换通风系统的研究等。发表“On Stability for a Class of Neutral Delay-Differential System”,“置换通风的计算机仿真研究”,“ Numerical Simulation and Experimental Studies of Air Treatment Process With 液态水 Spray of One Row Counter Flow ”等论文。
