研究兴趣

1 水稻功能基因组研究:主要是水稻基因组中与核糖核酸介导的沉默途径有关基因的功能分析。

2 植物远缘杂种及多倍体基因组分子进化机制的研究:主要是表观遗传学在植物基因组进化中的作用。

1. 与水稻野败细胞质雄性不育有关的线粒体脱氧核糖核酸片段的克隆与功能分析,中国博士后科学基金,1万元,2003-2004年;

2. 一个受热激表达上调的水稻ARGONAUTE蛋白基因的功能分析,华南农业大学校长基金(校长科学基金),10万元,2008-2010;

3. 水稻ARGONAUTE蛋白基因与热激胁迫关系的研究,广东省高等学校人才引进专项资金,(已批准),20万元,2009-2011;
