刘波,1976年5月出生,男,汉族,中国国籍,四川大学化学学院教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。

人物经历

1994-1998在西南师范大学化学化工学院学习,环境学专业;获理学学士

1998-2001在中科院成都有机化学研究所学习,有机合成专业,主要从事不对称催化反应研究;获理学硕士学位。

2001-2004在中科院上海有机化学研究所学习,有机合成专业,主要从事天然产物全合成研究;获理学博士学位。

2004-2007在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心作博士后研究,主要从事过渡金属催化的反应研究及天然产物全合成。

2007年3月至今四川大学化学学院教授。

研究方向

1.具有重要生物活性的复杂天然产物全合成。

2.天然产物分子探针的生物学功能开发。

3.合成导向的反应方法学研究。

1.具有重要药用价值的多环天然产物的高效合成,国家自然科学基金重大项目(2013-2017)。

科研成果

完成了orostanal、palmerolideA、heliespironesA\u0026C、cuevaeneA、金粟兰内酯A\u0026D、银线草内酯E、leucosceptroidB、bolivianine和crotobarin等天然产物在国际上的首次合成;完成了海洋天然产物Phorboxazoles的片段合成及PelorusideA的大环骨架的合成;同时,发展了贵金属催化炔烃的碳-杂原子键形成反应,以及碱性条件下缩酮的脱保护方法。

目前运用机理和构象分析为工具,结合前沿的串联反应、原子经济性、氧化-还原经济性、步骤经济性、无保护基合成、集合合成和可放大合成等高效策略,重点围绕以萜类为主的多环复杂天然产物开展工作。

截止2015年10月,在J.Am.Chem.Soc.,Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.,Org.Lett.,Chem.Commun.,Eur.J.Chem.等专业期刊上发表近四十篇论文,均为SCI收录。一些研究成果被评选为Org.Lett.和J.Am.Chem.Soc.的mostreadarticles,被收录进入化学专业网站OrganicChemistryHighlights,被化学博客brsmbog.com和chemblogs.net以及专业评述性杂志Synfacts收录和正面评价。
