单足龙（学名：Elmisaurus），又名Elmisaurus（意为“足底蜥蜴”），是生活在白垩纪晚期的蒙古Nemegt Formation的肉食性恐龙。它们属于蜥臀目，是窃蛋龙下目恐龙的一属。单足龙仅留下脚掌和手掌的化石。
