唐军，男，博士，四川大学物理学院研究员，博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，四川省学术与技术带头人。

1996年毕业于重庆科技学院应用化学，2003年获四川大学化学学院无机化学专业硕士学位，2006年在中科院高能所获粒子物理与原子核物理专业博士学位。其博士论文被评为中国科学院优秀博士论文（2008年），并入选2009年全国优秀博士论文评选提名论文。2006年11月～2011年3月先后在日本东北大学物理系、原子分子材料科学高等研究机构(WPI-AIMR)任博士后、外国人特别研究员(JSPS)和助理教授。2011年1月作为引进人才回到四川大学原子核科学技术研究所工作。

目前主要从事聚变堆面向等离子体材料、新型铁基超导体、高性能热电材料制备及温差发电制冷器件设计等研究工作。自2011年引进回国以来，作为负责人先后承担教育部新世纪人才项目、博士点基金、ITER人才专项、国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目。在包括Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater.，Nature Commu., Phys. Rev. B(R)，Phys. Rev. B，Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. B, Chem. Phys. Lett.等的国内外重要刊物上发表论文40余篇，其中第一或通讯作者20余篇，论文被引超过600余次。

要研究领域：

1. 聚变堆面向等离子体材料的制备及其辐照损伤；

2. 新型铁基超导体;

3. 热电材料及温差发电制冷器件设计。
