圣马可中学是香港特别行政区的一所英文中学，成立于1949年，由香港圣公会创办，位于香港岛箕湾爱秩序湾，采用英文教学，学校面积约 5700平方米，属于男女校。该校原本是位于中环的圣保罗英文下午校，直到1953年才改名为圣马可中学，并迁校到筲箕湾道，2001年，迁到现在位于爱秩序湾的新校舍。

该校本来与圣马可小学结成“一条龙学校”，后者学生毕业后可直升往该校就读，但其后因为香港教育统筹局改变中学教学语言政策，便于2006年2月12日宣布圣马可小学断绝关系。这引起了圣马可小学家长以及教育统筹局的强烈不满。收生及教学语言

除中国语文、普通话、中国历史、中国文学和中国语文及文化外，其他科目均以英语授课。
