夏祥 湖南人，研究员，博士生导师，1994年毕业于南京气象学院应用气象系，1997年中国气象科学研究院获硕士学位，2002年中国科学院大气物理研究所获博士学位。

主要从事气溶胶-云-辐射相互作用地基和卫星遥感研究
