张根发,北京师范大学生命科学学院博士生导师,教授,是具有国际影响力的著名遗传学家、优秀的教育和科研工作者。任多届中国遗传学会理事,任第11、12届中国植物学会理事,担任许多国内外重要学术杂志的编委和审稿人。活跃在相关的遗传学教学科研,植物分子遗传学,植物抗逆分子生物学研究领域。

个人简介

张根发教授是具有国际影响力的著名遗传学家、优秀的教育和科研工作者,北京师范大学生命科学学院博士生导师。自1990年毕业获得博士学位以来,作为博士后和高级访问学者先后访问过英国以色列美国开展合作研究。在多年的科研实践中,承担和完成30多项国家科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点重大项目,国家973、863、948项目,以及北京市自然科学项目等。

已在国际著名杂志,如植物界 Cell, New Phytologist, Plant Physiology,  FEBS Letters,国内核心期刊以上学术杂志发表论文150多篇,出版专著和教材等著作16部,特别是《好好芭资源生物学》一书受到国家科学出版基金资助出版,具有很高的原创性;在国内外有重要的影响力。多年的科学研究成果丰富,也有多项成果获得国家各种奖项,包括获得省级科技进步二等奖2项,教育部科技进步奖1项。张教授不仅科研工作优异,成果丰硕;在教育教学研究中也取得了许多重要成就,特别值得一提的是2007年主持的遗传学双语教学课程被评为首次国家双语教学示范课程;教学项目研究成果获得2008年北京师范大学教育成果一等奖。从事高等教育工作几十年来,作为博士生导师已培养博硕士研究生60多名。

研究内容

植物抗逆分子遗传、植物基因资源、蛋白质组学、基因表达调控、基因功能的挖掘与评价等研究工作。特别是抗旱、耐盐相关基因及其启动因子的克隆、鉴定和功能及其可能的应用;

模式植物拟南芥的抗逆机理的功能基因组学、蛋白质组学和抗逆基因表达调控的分子遗传机理;研究植物生长,逆境响应中的表观遗传、以及蛋白翻译后修饰的调控作用和分子机理。
