朱学良，男，1963年2月7日出生，毕业于中科院上海细胞所，博士，现就职于中国科学院上海生命科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所，研究员，人研究组长、所长助理、中科院分子细胞生物学重点实验室主任。研究方向：细胞生物学。现任所学位评定委员会主席、《Cell Research》编委、《细胞生物学报》副主编、《实验生物学报》编委、《生物化学与生物物理学报》编委、上海细胞生物学会理事、全国膜与细胞生物物理专业委员会。
1985年毕业于中国科技大学生物系，
1988年在该校获硕士学位。
1990年赴美，以联合培养方式先后在加利福尼亚大学-圣地亚哥分校病理系及德州大学圣安东尼奥健康科学中心生物技术研究所进行四年博士论文工作，从事肿瘤抑制蛋白Rb功能的研究。
1995年在中国科技大学生物系任讲师，同年在中科院上海细胞所获博士学位，并成为上海生命科学研究中心的博士后兼课题组长。
1997年被聘为研究组长，副研究员，
1999年晋升研究员，博士生导师。同年转入中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生化与细胞所。
2001年3月至8月在加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校进行访问研究。
2001年获国家杰出青年基金支持。
现任生化细胞所副所长，所学术委员会主任，兼任中科院分子细胞生物学重点实验室主任，《细胞生物学杂志》副主编，《生物化学与生物物理学报》、《实验细胞学报》、《Cell Research》编委，中国细胞生物学会副理事长，全国膜与细胞生物物理专业委员会委员、中国生物化学与分子生物学会常务理事等职。
朱学良研究员于2000年获得国家杰出青年基金，2004年获中华人民共和国人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”， 2006年被评为中国科学院大学优秀教师，2007年获得中科院“优秀研究生指导教师”奖，2008年获得上海市科委“学科带头人计划”荣誉证书，2009年获得上海市“自然科学牡丹奖”。2004年作为学术带头人获得国家中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会“优秀创新群体”资助，2007年获得了第二期的持续资助。2007年作为中科院生化细胞所承担的中国科学院“海外创新群体”基金的中方召集人。
