李哲，男，1972年生，工学博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师，哈尔滨理工大学工程训练中心教师，黑龙江省刀具技术协会理事。主持国家自然科学基金、市科技攻关等4项，参与国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项等国家级项目4项、省部级公关项目3项。在国外刊物、国际学术会议及国内核心期刊上发表论文10余篇，EI检索9篇，授权专利5项。
