李子富，男，北京科技大学环境工程专业教授，博士，博士生导师，主要从事生态污水系统的研究，特别是分流污水处理技术和污水回用技术的研究。
李子富从1997年4月起在德国工作和学习。在德国汉堡工业大学攻读博士期间，主要从事生态污水系统的研究，特别是分流污水处理技术和污水回用技术的研究。并发表德文版专著一本 "Grauwasserbehandlung und -wiederverwendung" ISBN 3-930400-63-4, 参编由国际水协发行的英文版专著一本 "Water in China" ISBN 1843395010, 而且发表有多篇相关英文和中文论文。2003年6月 - 2004年6月，在德国埃森大学城市水管理研究所工作。作为研究所研究员，本人参加了中德合作的大型科技项目，该项目的题目为：可持续性发展的水管理方法的研究 - 城市雨洪控制和雨水的利用。德国埃森大学作为该项目德方总负责单位，申请人作为埃森大学第二项目负责人参加了该项目的部分工作，并发表了会议论文、杂志论文，撰写专著2本（待出版）。该项目科研经费总额超过六千万人民币。
2004年十月份从德国回国工作以来，指导硕士研究生已毕业17名，外国留学生已毕业1名。目前共计带有十九位硕士研究生，同时承担了一名外国留学生的培养工作和指导二名博士生的工作。科研方面承担了多项科研任务，包括联合国儿童基金会（UNICEF）的分散污水处理项目、欧盟资助的生态卫生技术推广项目、中国-瑞典合作鄂尔多斯市生态卫生项目、江苏省昆山市农村污水处理项目、北京科技大学422人才基金资助项目《竖向流植物滤池处理污水的研究》、教育部留学回国科研项目《竖向流植物滤池处理污水优化技术的研究》、德国IHC公司资助项目《北京科技大学学生公寓污水处理和回用工程研究》、深圳市规划局委托项目《深圳市居住区小区雨水利用规划指导》、建设部委托的项目《人工湿地处理污水技术导则》等科研项目。2006年9月由我校环境工程系与其他兄弟单位合办并在我校召开的2006年北京国际环境技术研讨会成功地举办，引起各界广泛关注，其会议论文集已被国际著名的ISTP全集收录，本人是会议的主要组织者和会议论文集第一编著者。过去五年申请人发表了二十余篇论文，其中有11篇被SCI、EI和ISTP收录，申请专利5项。

Dr. Zifu Li, Male, is an associate professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Science \u0026 Technology Beijing (USTB). He studied for his Ph. D. at 松香酸 University of Hamburg-Harburg, Germany. After graduation he worked as Scientific Researcher at Institute of Urban 液态水 管理学, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
