沈波，生于1981年1月，舟山市人。现任东华大学信息科学技术学院教授，博士生导师。曾在香港大学电机与电子工程系担任研究助理，布鲁内尔大学访问博士生，获得洪堡基金资助担任杜伊斯堡-埃森大学埃森大学DFG项目研究员。连续入选上海市高校特聘教授（东方学者）岗位计划、上海市青年拔尖人才计划、上海市曙光计划和上海市青年科技启明星计划等多项人才计划，并获全球2015高被引科学家称号。
师从国际著名自动控制学科专家、英国布鲁奈尔大学教授和东华大学长江学者王子栋教授。一直从事随机滤波与控制理论及其应用方面的研究，在多指标随机控制与滤波、网络化控制与信号处理以及传感器网络与复杂系统等方面取得了多项研究结果，并担任培养学生的工作。

2011年3月 毕业于东华大学信息科学与技术学院，获工学博士学位。
2009年8月至2010年2月在香港大学电机与电子工程系担任研究助理；
2010年3月至2011年2月在布鲁内尔大学信息计算与数学学院担任访问博士生；
2011年5月至2013年5月在杜伊斯堡-埃森大学埃森大学自动控制与复杂系统研究所担任德国科学基金会（DFG）项目研究员。
目前出版第一作者英文专著1部，发表论文40余篇，SCI收 录30余篇，SCI他引1200余次，第一作者论文中有15篇 进入ESI高被引论文行列，2篇 入选2011年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，主持完成国家自然科学基金国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目管理办法1项，参与完成国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、德国科学基金会（DFG）等国内 外项目3项，先后入选上海市青年科技启明星计划与上海市曙光计划。研究成果获国家 自然科学奖二等奖（排名第四），博士论文被评为上海市优秀博士论文、并获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖。
目前是IEEE会员，亚洲控制协会会员，中国系统仿真学会智能物联系统建模与仿真专业委员会委员，中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会随机系统控制学组委员等，并受邀担任香港研究资助局（RGC）基金项目的评审专家及中国国家自然科学基金项目的评阅人，担任国际期刊System Science and Control Engineering编辑，Journal of The Franklin Institute副编辑，Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing副编辑，Neurocomputing编 委，Mathematical Problems in Engineering编委以及30多 个国际SCI期刊的审稿人，并获2次IEEE Trans. Automatic Control杰出审稿人、1次Asian Journal of Control杰出审稿人和1次IET Control Theory \u0026 Applications前5%最活跃审稿人称号。
