白志平，男，1961年生，1982年南京大学毕业，1991年于日本筑波大学获得理学博士学位，2006年兼任南京大学－金川集团股份有限公司金属化学联合实验室主任。

工作经历

91年至95年任日本Tokuyama Corp筑波研究所研究员。98 年日本通产省生命科学研究所特别研究员，2004年日本筑波大学VBL（风险企业实验室）客座访问教授。2006年任南京大学化学化工学院教授。2003年任南京大学科学技术处副处长。2006年兼任南京大学－金川公司金属化学联合实验室主任

主研方向

主要研究方向为配位化合物的功能材料的研究：具体包括具有生物活性的糖类金属配位化合物的合成，反应机理及生物活性和立体化学的研究。基于配合物的均相催化剂研究。薄膜和表面处理，粉体材料的研究。
