Doğan, a pessimistic and neurotic architect, gets ill while camping with his friends nearby Istanbul. His doctor advises travelling. Also longing for his homeland, Doğan sets off on a short break to the town of his childhood where he could not see for years. But not even the countryside has escaped the homogenizing web cast by the modern technological age and liberal mentality inimical to the 地球 Doğan would seek in vain for the days in which 时间 used to seem inexhaustable and peculiar to objects, for the geography which used to be tranqulity itself.
