胥保华，男，汉族，1965年12月生，现任山东农业大学动物科技学院副院长，中国养蜂学会副理事长。他是一位博士、教授、博士生导师，被誉为泰山区产业领军人才，山东农业大学“1512工程”第一层次人才。胥保华还担任国家蜂产业技术体系岗位科学家，教育部动物生产类教学指导委员会委员，农业部畜禽遗传资源委员会蜜蜂专委会委员，山东省优秀科技工作者。此外，他还是中国饲料营养价值与畜禽饲养标准研究委员会（CFARA）委员，农业部授粉昆虫生物学重点开放实验室学术委员会副主任，《中国蜂业》《山东食品》和《山东畜牧兽医》杂志编委。

主要从事蜜蜂属科学和动物营养的教学科研工作，先后主持或参加省部级科研课题9项。目前，作为岗位科学家承担“十二五”国家蜂产业技术体系营养与饲料岗位的工作任务；主持国家自然科学基金项目“中华蜜蜂谷胱甘肽－S－转移酶（GSTs）基因的表达调控及抗氧化功能分析”（No.31172275）；作为项目组主要成员参加公益性行业科研专“饲料营养价值与畜禽饲养标准研究与应用（200903006）”。近年来，在《Cell Stress \u0026 Chaperones》，《Molecular 生物学 Reports》，《Insect Molecular Biology》，《Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology》，《Apidologie》，《Archives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology》，《动物界 Feed Science and Technology》和《中国农业科学》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文50余篇。主编《实用养蜂学》等著作4部，是全国农业高等院校“十一五”统编教材《养蜂学》和《蜜蜂产品学》的副主编，参编《中国蜜蜂学》和《中国实用养蜂学》等著作2部。2000年被评为山东省优秀科技工作者。
