葛志强，男，汉族，1963年2月出生，现任天津大学化工学院制药工程系副教授。中国生物工程学会会员，中国药学会会员。

人物经历

1985年本科毕业于陆军军医大学，1991年硕士研究生毕业于第三军医大学，2001年博士研究生毕业于天津大学生物化工系，2001－2003年在天津大学生物化工系进行博士后研究工作。
