陈笑艳,女 1994 年毕业于沈阳药科大学, 1999 年获得沈阳药科大学药物分析学博士学位。现任中国科学院上海药物研究所教授、博士研究生导师、药物代谢研究中心课题组长。

人物简介

长期从事药物代谢与药物动力学领域的研究。在药物动力学研究新方法开发方面做出卓越的贡献,建立了200多种药物及代谢产物的生物样品分析方法,其中有70余种新分析方法发表在国内外学术期刊。在反应性代谢产物与药物毒性关系的研究中,发现了异啉类生物碱由CYP450酶催化的反应性代谢中间体与其肝、肺毒性有关;证明了鱼腥草素分子结构中的醛基可快速与血清白蛋白等发生共价结合,这一共价结合过程可能导致了药物的过敏反应。在手性药物立体选药动学研究方面,证明了多沙唑、普罗帕酮亚叶酸等药物在人体内的立体选择性药动学,主要与对映体代谢途径和代谢速率差异直接相关;昂当司琼立体选择性药动学主要与对映体血浆蛋白结合差异有关。
