靳庆鲁，男，汉族，香港科技大学博士，西安交通大学学士、硕士。现任上海财经大学会计学院教授，博士生导师，曾任助理教授、副教授。靳庆鲁还担任上海财经大学会计与财务研究院副院长，以及百控股股份有限公司和上海神开石油化工装备股份有限公司的独立董事。他是第三批国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才。
