何钦铭，男，浙江大学计算机学院教授，博士生导师，浙江大学求是特聘学者。他在教育和学术领域担任多项重要职务，包括教育部高等学校大学计算机课程教学指导委员会副主任委员、全国高校计算机基础教育研究会副会长、中国人工智能学会机器学习专业委员会常务理事、浙江省高校计算机类专业教学指导委员会主任委员、浙江省高校计算机教学研究会会长。何钦铭教授曾任浙江大学计算中心主任、浙江大学国家示范性软件学院副院长、计算机学院副院长、计算机学院党委书记、浙江大学信息学部副主任兼信息学部党工委书记、本科生院副院长、浙江大学求是学院院长、继续教育学院院长、全国干部教育培训浙江大学基地常务副主任。
何钦铭教授的研究领域涵盖机器学习、数据挖掘和区块链技术。
何钦铭教授参与编写了多部教材，包括：
1. 陈越、何钦铭、徐镜春、魏宝刚、杨合著的《数据结构（第2版）》，作为国家十二五规划教材，由高教社于2016年6月出版。
2. 何钦铭、颜晖合著的《C语言程序设计（第三版）》，同样作为国家十二五规划教材，由高等教育出版社于2015年8月出版。
