兰恒星,1972年生,山东招远人,博士,博士生导师。2010年入选中国科学院百人计划国外杰出人才,2015年获“国家杰出青年基金”资助。2016年入选“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。现任中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员、中国科学院特聘核心研究员、中国科学院大学岗位教授。曾获黄汲清青年地质科学技术奖等奖项。

人物任职

国际工程地质与环境协会(IAEG)滑坡命名方法专委会主席、国际期刊《Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment》编委、《Geoenvironmental Disaster》副主编等职,并任Nature Geoscience等杂志审稿人。

科学研究

长期从事环境与地质灾害机理、过程模型和应用研究,主要研究方向为多尺度岩体变形破坏机理、环境地质灾害动力学过程模型与风险分析。已在国内外重要学术期刊上发表文章100余篇,其中SCI检索论文40余篇、EI检索论文30余篇,出版专著4部,完成国家级规划4项。论文被引用总计1700余次。

主要学术成绩

(1)理论研究:在大量实验和长期现场观测的基础上,发展完善了多尺度岩体变形破坏基础研究,提出多尺度岩体变形破坏的微观各向异性控制理论,揭示了矿物尺度微观各向异性对岩体变形破坏的作用机理。代表性成果国际引用领先,其中2010年以来的代表性成果在汤森路透的Web of Science引用率国际排名第一。

(2)模型研究:创建了首个集成GIS系统的三维分布式岩体崩塌动力学过程模型-RA模型(Rockfall Analyst),在全球近40个国家的学术界和工程界得到成功应用,并被美国科学院研究报告引用,成为国际主流模型。

(3)应用研究:面向国家需求和重大工程实际问题,完成了一系列应用研究,10与项科学咨询研究报告被国务院和中共中央办公厅等部门实质采用,并获得包括总书记等国家领导人批示,成功应用于我国玉树市、芦山、鲁甸县等地震灾区的恢复重建规划,更好地服务于国家需求。
