包永明，男，教授，大连理工大学盘锦校区食品与环境学院副院长。

人物经历

1986年7月毕业于大连轻工学院食品工程专业，获工学学士，

1991年3月获大连轻工业学院发酵工程专业工学硕士学位；

2006年6月获大连理工大学生物化工专业工学博士学位。

1986年08月至1988年08月：大连轻工业学院，微生物学教研室，助教

1991年04月至1998年07月：大连轻工业学院，微生物学教研室，讲师

1998年02月至1999年12月：大连轻工业学院，微生物学教研室，副教授
