吕勇哉,教授。浙江桐乡人。1961年毕业于浙江大学化工系。历任浙江大学讲师、副教授、教授、化工研究所副所长,国务院学位委员会第二届学科评议组成员,中国自动化学会第四届副理事长。致力于工业自动化和计算机控制和研究。著有《均热炉的模型化、估计和控制》(英文)、《工业过程模型化和计算机控制》等。

简介

1937年出生,毕业于浙江大学化工学院过程控制专业。特聘教授,博士生导师。主要从事工业控制与优化专业的研究,包括Systems Modeling and Process Control,Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery ,Evolutionary Computation ,Supply Chain 管理学 and Logistics等。

获得的国际性荣誉有:Elected IEEE Fellow in 1998 with citation “Contributions to modeling and intelligent control for industrial systems”, USA;1996 Kelly Award presented by AISE (Association of Iron and Steel Engineer) for the best paper on “Meeting the Challenge of Intelligent System Technologies in the Iron and Steel Industry” published in Iron and Steel Engineer, USA;1995 Kelly Award presented by AISE for best paper on ‘Integrated neural system for coating weight control of hot dip galvanizing line’ published at Iron and Steel Engineer; USA, 1996;IFAC Outstanding Service Award for sustained outstanding 表演 in major leadership positions in IFAC, 1996;UOP Technology Award presented by Instrument Society of America with citation: Outstanding achievements of applying expert systems and knowledge engineering in industrial control, USA, 1989.

获得国内荣誉有:国家科学技术进步二等奖两次(1989年、1993年);教育部先进教育工作者一等奖(1989年);Nation’s Best Scientific and Technical Book Award (the first award,1988);Best PhD Supervisors Awards at Zhejiang University, 1985, 1986, 1988;A number of Ministry Level Science and Technology Awards presented by State Ministry of Education, China Petrochemical General Corporation and China Metallurgical Ministry, etc. in 1998, 1990 and 1991.

主要学术成就:

1、Innovated an Advanced Production Scheduling (APS) system with profit and evolutionary optimization for hybrid manufacturing processes,The innovation has been submitted for a US Patent under pending;

2、A real-时间 optimization system for FCCU (Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit) at a large-scale oil refinery to optimize cracking product distributions with monitoring FCCU operating conditions;Received Ministry Science and technology Award in China;

3、Innovated an integrated neural network control system for a modern hot dip coating line with coating weight prediction and adaptive learning control. This system replaced the original NKK system imported from Japan. This system was recognized as the first neural learning control system for hot dip coating line in the world. Due to the applications of this novel system, a 5% reduction in Zinc material consumption and an 8% increase in finished product yield were obtained; Received 1995 AISE Kelly Award in the USA。
