吴健，女，汉族，1965年7月出生，海宁市人，1985年7月加入中国共产党，1990年8月参加工作，浙江大学化学系高分子化学和物理专业毕业，研究生学历，博士，教授，博士生导师。
现任政协第九届、第十届浙江省委员会委员，浙江大学副校长，兼任浙江省城市科学研究会副理事长。
1981年9月至1985年7月在浙江大学化学系高分子化学专业本科学习；
1985年9月至1990年5月浙江大学化学系高分子化学和物理专业硕士、博士研究生；
1990年8月至2000年1月在浙江大学化学系任教，其间1990年9月确定为讲师；
1992年12月晋升副教授，
1996年9月至1999年3月赴名古屋市大学和早稻田大学访问研究，
1999年7月晋升教授；
2000年1月至2002年2月任浙江大学理学院有机化学与药物化学研究所所长，其间2001年9月至2002年2月任浙江大学竺可桢学院院长助理（挂职）；
2002年2月至2005年7月任浙江大学竺可学院副院长；
2005年7月至2008年4月任浙江大学竺可桢学院常务副院长；
2008年4月至2016年7月任浙大城市学院院长，其间2011年2月至2011年5月在国家教育行政学院高校中青年干部培训班进修学习；
2016年7月至2017年11月任浙江大学城市学院院长、工程师学院副院长，其间2016年9月至2017年11月兼任工程师学院总务部部长，2017年9月至2017年11月任工程师学院党工委常务副书记；
2017年11月至2020年4月任浙江大学城市学院党委书记、工程师学院党工委常务副书记、副院长，其间2017年11月至2018年10月兼任工程师学院总务部部长；
2020年4月至2020年7月任浙江大学工程师学院党工委常务副书记、副院长，杭州市人民政府副秘书长（正局长级）；
2020年7月起任浙江大学副校长。
