吴承勇，1991年毕业于复旦大学数学系，获学士。1996年毕业于北京航空航天大学计算机系，获硕士学位。2000年4月毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所，获博士学位。计算所系统结构重点实验室研究员、博士生导师。
