吴雪松,男,教授、博导。执教于天津大学机械工程学院。1992年获帝国理工学院博士学位,先后作为顾问或访问学者在NASA Glenn、NASA Langley、NASA Ames研究中心以及斯坦福大学普林斯顿大学和法国法国巴黎高等工程学校进行合作研究。曾入选“海外杰出青年”。主要论文在期刊 《J. Fluid Mechanics》《 Physics of Fluids》上发表。主要讲授课程为流体力学、高等常微分方程、微分方程的差分方法、复变函数及变分法、高雷诺数流动及边界层理论。

1985.10-1988.7, 在天津大学力学系攻读硕士学位。

1988.10-1991.12, 在帝国理工学院数学系攻读博士学位。

1992.3-1993.9, 在英国帝国理工学院数学系从事博士后研究。

1993.10-1999.9 ,在英国帝国理工学院数学系任讲师。

1999.9-至今, 在英国帝国理工学院数学系任高级讲师。

2001.10-至今 ,在天津大学力学系任特聘教授。

研究方向

非线性流动稳定性。

层流湍流转捩的理论研究。

主要贡献

学术成就

1. 发展了次谐共振的数学描述。推导的幅值方程可以同时适用两类不同不稳定波所形成的三波共振问题。

2. 提出"锁相位模态相互作用"和"混合模态三波共振"的模型。证明了三维扰动波的瞬态增长,并最终使

三维波按超指数规律放大的机理。

3. 提出由斜波直接引起转捩的理论。统一两种现有的理论,系统地研究了一对三维波从线性,经过一系

列弱非线性,最终到强非线性,引起转捩的演化过程。

4. 在边界层的'接受性'机理方面提出了来流中的声波和漩涡涨落直接激发不稳定波的机理。
