周洁，女，博士、教授、硕士生导师，现为福建农林大学生命科学学院生物技术系副主任。长期从事本科生和硕士生的《生物化学》、《高级生物化学》等教学工作。从事植物与病原物相互作用的生物化学与分子生物学研究；主要从事稻瘟病菌致病相关基因功能研究及其表达蛋白的生物化学性质研究。
周洁博士先后主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目、农业部转基因转项、省自然科学基金和省高等学校科技项目等12项。发表学术论文20多篇。
1979.9-1983.8，华东师范大学化学系理学学士；
2004.9-2008.6，福建农林大学生物化学与分子生物学博士；
2004.3-2004.9，中国农业大学国家重点实验室植物生理生化实验室，国内访问学者；
