姜胜耀，男，汉族，1959年10月出生于九台区。1983年5月加入中国共产党，博士，研究员。现任清华大学校务委员会副主任、清华大学国家治理研究院院长、清华校友总会副会长，教育部先进反应堆工程与安全重点实验室主任、中国核学会副理事长。

人物履历

1979年09月考入清华大学热能工程系。

1984年07月本科毕业并攻读清华大学核能技术研究院研究生。

1987年01月硕士毕业留校工作。

1991年11月至1995年02月斯图加特大学攻读博士学位。

曾任清华大学核研院研究室副主任、主任、党委副书记、副院长。

2006年05月任清华大学人事处处长、人才资源开发办公室主任。

2012年04月任清华大学校长助理、学科规划与建设办公室主任、人事处处长、人才资源开发办公室主任。

2012年07月任清华大学党委常委、副校长。

2015年08月任清华大学党委副书记、副校长。

2016年05月任清华大学党委常务副书记、副校长。

2017年07月清华大学第十四届党委副书记。

2018年12月清华大学校务委员会副主任。

社会兼任

担任中国高等教育学会薪酬管理研究分会理事长，北京清华长庚医院理事长。

北京市第十五届人民代表大会代表。
