季杰，男，1963年生，江苏人，博士，现为中国科技大学工程科学学院副院长，教授，中国科学院太阳能光电光热利用示范中心主任，博士生导师。中国建筑节能专业委员会委员，先后承担或主要参与国家、部委、横向科研项目十余项，在国内外发表论文60多篇。近年来主要从事太阳能光电光热建筑一体化、建筑节能、暖通空调等领域的理论与应用研究，先后与日本东京大学、中国香港理工大学、中国香港大学、中国香港城市大学从事合作。指导学生情况是已毕业博士生一名（何伟）已毕业硕士生两名（陈雁南，魏泽峰），在读博士生三名（张爱凤，易桦，何汉峰），在读硕士生叁名（董军，裴刚，赵卫平，程洪波），本科生多名。

季杰教授担任《International Journal of Energy and Environment》国际顾问编委、《International Journal of Low Carbon Technologies》《Fundamental Journal of Thermal Science and Engineering》《太阳能学报》等期刊编委。他还是国家“863”先进能源技术领域主题专家，中国可再生能源学会理事，安徽省新能源协会副理事长。此外，季教授还担任教育部、科技部、中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目评审专家，以及教育部优秀博士论文评审专家。
