李发生,博士、研究员、博士生导师,第九届“中国青年科技奖”获得者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,研究领域为工业污染土地风险评估与环境修复。

现任中国环境科学研究院 总工程师,土壤污染与控制研究室主任 首席专家。
