研究方向

功能性和全新食品的研究及功能与安全性评价,人体营养评价,饮食和非传染性疾病的关系,营养与基因的相互作用,营养素、功能性成分以及天然产物对相关基因表达的影响。

在国内外学术期刊和学术会议上发表英文科技论文170多篇,著作6部/章,共辅导过和正在辅导研究生、访问学者和国际交流学生50多人九度被美国Who 's Who(世界名人录)收录、被亚太临床营养学会授予2007年度奖;被国务院中国学生营养与健康促进会授予学生营养与健康工作贡献奖(2004)、被英国剑桥国际传记中心选为2005年度世界顶尖科学家(LEADING SCIENTISTS of the WORLD 2005)、被科技部研究中心中国科技论坛2004年出版的《世纪战略与展望-人才资源》收录、连续三年获澳大利亚国家研究生奖(1995、1996、1997)。 《Mahasarakham Journal of Science and Technology》、《Songklanakarin Journal of Science and echnology》、《健康博览》、《中国食品安全导报》等杂志编委、另任国际多种英文SCI杂志审稿人。《中国食品与营养》理事会理事、《健康博 览》编委、泰国Mahasarakham大学兼职教授、江南大学兼职教授、迪肯大学(Deakin University)客座教授、皇家墨尔本理工大学(RMITUniversity)兼职博导。组织过多次 国际会议如“国际营养科学联盟第八届临床营养学大会”暨“第五届亚太临床营养学会大会”(杭州市2006)、FAO/WHO食品和营养专家会议(杭州2006)、FAO/WHO食品和营养专家会议(Metung,澳大利亚2001)。
