研究方向

新反应的发现及应用:1)设计与发展新型多组分反应,从而可快速有效地构筑复杂有机化合物,以便进行药物、有机催化剂、金属配体和其他功能分子的活性筛选和结构优化。2)以设计绿色催化剂为研究重点,发展具有广泛合成应用价值和对环境友好的催化反应。3)以应用和发展新型有机合成反应为出发点,高效率地合成生物活性天然产物。

新药的设计与合成:借助高效有机合成反应和高通量活性筛选技术,发现药物先导化合物,进行结构优化来提高其各方面的药物性质。
