盖秉政，教授。山东莱阳人。1965年毕业于大连工学院数理力学系。历任哈尔滨工业大学副教授、教授。从事硬度理论、弹性动力学、塑性动力学及应用数学方面的教学和研究工作。提出任意孔洞应力集中问题的解析有限元法及任意形传输线特性阻抗的普遍算法。撰有《论孔附近的动应力集中》、《具有多裂纹的任意形有限多连通域的S－V问题》、《弹性波对多连通域的绕射与动应力集中》等论文。
