邓云凯，中国科学院电子学研究所副所长，长期从事微波通信与微波遥感领域技术研究和工程研制工作，包括星载与机载合成孔径雷达系统技术研究，系统总体设计、工程研制和系统集成试验。在雷达宽带天线、调频数字频率综合源、微波固态电路、宽带数字接收、T/R组件以及雷达定标技术等方面有深入研究，开发研制的产品在系统中得到成功应用。2021年4月23日，入选中国工程院2021年院士增选有效候选人名单。
1993年获北京理工大学电子工程系硕士学位。1993年～2004年任中国科学院电子学研究所副研究员和研究员。多次承担或负责我国合成孔径雷达科技预研工作和型号研制任务，具有成熟的实践经验和技术水平。现任中国科学院电子学研究所副所长，国家重点型号和863重大专项任务主要设计师。
对雷达宽带天线、调频数字频率综合源、微波固态电路、宽带数字接收、T/R组件以及雷达定标技术有校深入研究。开发研制的产品在系统中得到成功应用。科研过程中，发表论文和撰写科学技术报告数十篇。
1993年获北京理工大学电子工程系硕士学位。1993年～2004年任中国科学院电子学研究所副研究员和研究员。2011年6月起担任中国科学院电子学研究所副所长。
长期从事微波通信与微波遥感领域技术研究和工程研制工作，包括星载与机载合成孔径雷达系统技术研究，系统总体设计、工程研制和系统集成试验。
