邹枝玲（1978年1月生），女，江西乐安人，西南大学心理学院副教授，硕士生导师。她是重庆市心理学会会员和中国心理学会会员。
1995年9月—1999年7月，北京科技大学冶金学院，金属材料，本科。
2000年9月—2003年7月，中国科学院心理研究所，发展与教育心理学，硕士。
2004年9月—2007年12月，西南师范大学心理学院，基础心理学，博士。
2005年9月—12月赴英国威尔士东北教育学院留学。
2006年—2007年在中科院心理所脑高级功能实验室进修。
2008年6月至今，西南大学心理学院，副教授。
2003年7月2007年12月，西南大学心理学院，讲师。
2014年8月2015年8月，美国西奈山医学学（Ichan Medical School at Mount Sinai），访学。
2005年9月2005年12月，英国东北教育学院（NEWI），访学。

目前的研究方向主要围绕成瘾及其他奖赏行为，采用行为（如反应时实验）和脑成像技术（如fMRI，ERP）考察成瘾物质（如海洛因、尼古丁等）、成瘾行为（如上网、手机使用）、其他奖赏行为（如浪漫爱情）对个体行为和大脑的影响。
