郭庆来,男,清华大学电机工程与应用电子技术系博士毕业,清华大学自动化系从事博士后研究,清华大学电机工程与应用电子技术系副教授,博士生导师,清华大学电机系电力系统研究所党支部书记,清华大学长聘教授、电机系教授。

人物介绍

2005年于清华大学电机系获博士学位,2006年-2008年在清华大学自动化系从事博士后研究,2008年至今在清华大学电机系任教,2009年晋升副教授,2013年获博士生指导教师资格。入选北京市青年英才计划。

国家优秀青年科学基金获得者(2015)。IEEE Senior Member,IEEE3个工作组和CIGRE2个工作组委员,国际知名期刊IET Renewable 功率 Generation编委,中国电机工程学会自动化专委会新能源接入学组成员,中国机械工业教育协会电气工程及其自动化学科教学委员会电力系统及其自动化分委员会委员。

主要从事电网能量管理技术、电压稳定与电压控制、信息物理系统(CPS)、电动汽车等领域的研究,作为技术负责人研制的自动电压控制系统,在我国5个区域电网、20个省级电网和6个大型新能源基地应用,并推广到北美最大区域电网PJM、加拿大BC Hyrdo电网和马来西亚国家电网(TNB)。

主持国家优秀青年科学基金1项、国家自然科学基金2项(1项已结题并被评为电工学科优秀结题项目)、973/863/支撑计划子课题5项。发表论文110余篇,其中SCI收录论文30篇(含IEEE Trans论文20篇)、EI收录论文75篇,论文他引总次数1200余次,论文曾入选Renewable 能量 Global Innovations网站评出的Key Wind Energy Article(全球相关领域0.1%论文入选)、中国领跑者F5000论文,曾在IEEE General Meeting等国际会议担任panel主席3次,作特邀报告5次。

授权中国发明专利20余项、美国发明专利1项,曾获日内瓦国际发明展银奖。曾获国家级科技奖励1次,省部级科技奖励7次,入选中国高等学校十大科技进展1次。在教学方面曾获北京市教学成果二等奖清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖(每年全校不超过10人)、清华大学教材评选特等奖(每四年评选1次)和清华大学青年教师教学大赛一等奖
