郭辉，1978年出生，湖北荆州人。从事计算机学科的研究与开发。主要研究方向为计算机网络，无线传感器网络，云计算系统，IT服务管理（ITSM）等方向。

学习及工作简历

2005年于华中科技大学计算机系统结构专业，博士毕业。2005年起，中国石油大学（北京）计算机系，担任讲师。2006年，香港理工大学电子与信息工程系，担任助理研究员（Research Associate）。2007年至2008年，霍华德大学（Howard University）计算机系，担任博士后研究员（Postdoctoral Research Fellow）。2008年至2011年，美国国家标准与技术研究院（National Institute of Standards and Technology），担任访问研究员（Guest Researcher）。2012年起，霍华德大学（Howard University）计算机系，担任访问助理教授（Adjunct Assistant Professor）。同时，曾经在房利美（Fannie Mae），华纳媒体网络（Time Warner Cable）等多家公司担任研究与开发职位。
