发表多项肥胖相关科研成果，食品环境研究得到美国农业部重视。首次阐明食品环境与出生指标关系。证实肥胖与车祸受伤关系，首次提出儿童安全座椅对车祸外伤的潜在风险，引发美国媒体关注。截止到2013年，共发表英文科学论文20篇，其中SCI或SSCI论文17篇，以第一作者在相关领域知名杂志发表SCI或SSCI论文8篇，总影响因子63.36。
