骆兴芳,女,生于新疆,1998年获南京航空航天大学通信与电子工程系学士。毕业后在新疆航空公司飞机维修工程部做电子工程师3年。与2002年获取新加坡的研究奖学金赴新加坡南洋理工大学电子电气工程学院攻读博士研究生,2006年获得博士学位。在著名的国际微波期刊和重要的国际会议上发表过多篇研究论文,在用于无线通信中射频测量和设计等高科技领域进行了十分深入的探讨,参加并且主持过复杂的射频系统的设计,装校与测试工作,在通信射频领域有丰富的研发经验和工作能力。与2007年1月到江西师范大学任教。
