刘学波,男,1975年9月出生,黑龙江省克山县人,博士学位,毕业于名古屋大学。现任西北农林科技大学教授、博士生导师,食品科学与工程学院院长、测试中心主任。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才计划,荣获2015年度中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖杰出青年奖,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
