周传华,工学博士，教授，硕士生导师，现任管理科学与工程学院科研副院长。毕业于中国科学技术大学研究生院计算机专业，工学博士。安徽工业大学管理科学与工程学院 教授 科研副院长。
毕业于中国科学技术大学，东南大学国家科技园东大软件工程公司软件研发部经理，2003年至今，安徽工业大学执教。
主要研究方向为：信息系统集成与开发，智能算法仿真优化、Web服务主要研究方向为：信息系统集成与开发，智能算法仿真优化、Web服务。
主持企业信息化项目5项，参与企业信息化项目5项；主持安徽省教育厅重大计划项目1项，参与973计划项目、863计划项目及信息产业部项目各1项。主编安徽省高等学校“十一五”首批规划教材1部，在《软件学报》、《电子学报》、《系统仿真学报》，《计算机工程》、《计算机工程与设计》及国际学术会议上发表论文20篇。
