周慧君，女，iDNA网创始人，首席执行官，美国医学遗传学会（American Board of Aedical Genetics)资历认证的临床分子遗传学家和美国医学遗传学协会（American College of Medical Genetics）会员，国家食品药品监督管理局特聘技术专家，百华协会北京分会会长。
周慧君博士，本科毕业于武汉大学后继赴美留学，在康奈尔大学获得了分子生物和遗传学博士，并在斯坦福大学完成了临床分子基因学的博士后研究。最终获得了美国医学遗传学会（American Board of Medical Genetics）资历认证的临床分子遗传学家和美国医学遗传学协会(American College of Medical Genetics）会员的认证，是国际仅有的323位美国医学遗传学会（ABMG）临床分子遗传学行医执照认证专家，这对于在美留学并成为公认的基因学界的科学家可以说是一难得的成就，在华人科学家领域内也是鲜见的。
通过基因实现个性化医疗是生物遗传学的一个新领域，周慧君博士从事这个领域的工业、科研工作已经超过14年。周慧君博士于1998-2002年领导了Incyte Genomics公司的生物遗传学计划，作为该公司药物遗传学的带头人，她帮助制药公司开展了包括临床药物试验设计在内的药物研发和服务工作。此后周慧君博士在硅谷公司DNA Direct担任资深总监。脱氧核糖核酸 Direct主要提供DNA检测和网上医学遗传学服务，推广以个人基因图谱为指导的医疗服务，以帮助预防疾病，提高生活品质，并实现个性化治疗。
2008年年底，周慧君博士率核心团队回国创业，在北京市正式创建了iDNA网(益基生物科技)，成为国内首家互联网基因信息服务平台，同时受邀加入了亚杰商会，并正式成为全球华人生物基因学界的顶级协会-百花协会北京分会会长。在归国之前，iDNA网的核心生物基因技术与商业模式在08年初即获得了全美生物医药商务计划评比第一名，09年在归国后即荣获了创新中国项目展示北京区第二名。并与中国疾病控制中心合作开展了包括北京、武汉市、成都市、青岛市、杭州市、哈尔滨市及昆明市七个城市的基因与健康的研究项目。2009年参与了科技部国家科技平台重大专项课题研究。
“让每一个中国人更懂自己”是iDNA网的使命，也是创始人周慧君博士的梦想。调查显示：iDNA网的会员近五成是通过口碑相传得知iDNA网并使用基因信息产品；每天来自全国各地不同行业，不同背景，不同健康状况的用户通过iDNA网科学健康地预知了自己未来的生命疾病风险，从而提前进行了医学、饮食、健康作息等干预，高速有效的提升了生命质量，精准、科学、健康的把握住了自己生命的未来。
