姚尧,男,1978年6月生,上海人,2013年6月入党,1999年8月参加工作,全日制研究生学历、哲学博士西北工业大学力学与土木建筑学院教授,国际合作处原处长(国际教育学院原院长)。 

现任西安工业大学校长、党委副书记。
