安波，毕业于重庆大学计算机系，现任中国科学院计算技术研究所副研究员。

担任一些顶级国际会议（如AAMAS、AAAI、IJCAI）的程序委员会成员并参与组织一些重要的国际学术会议，如担任AAMAS 2013的Innovative Applications Chair以及Chair for AAAI 2012 Spring Symposium on Game Theory for Security, Sustainability and Health.同时是若干顶级期刊（如AIJ, GEB,JAAMAS, ACM Transactions, IEEE Transactions）审稿人。
入选中组部“青年”，曾获2010年国际智能体及多智能体系统协会（IFAAMAS）杰出博士论文奖（Distinguished Dissertation Award），2011美国海岸警卫队的卓越运营奖（Operational Excellence Award），以及2012年国际智能体及多智能体系统年会（AAMAS）最佳应用论文奖（Best Innovative Application Paper）等荣誉.
