男,1966年出生,教授、博士生导师,现为湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院院长。

国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”人选,湖南省“信息与通信工程”学科带头人。

个人经历

1987年6月,湖南师范大学本科毕业,获理学学士学位;

1994年6月,华中师范大学硕士研究生毕业,获教育学硕士学位;

2001年12月,中国科学院大学博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位;

2002年4月-2004年6月,复旦大学从事博士后研究工作。

2002年3月至今,湖南大学信息科学与工程学院工作,任副院长。

2014年10月17日,出任湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院院长。

研究方向

主要从事电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程等学科的教学和研究工作,
