李卓玉,女,山西大学生命科学学院教授(二级),博士生导师。现任山西大学生命科学学院院长,党委副书记,山西大学生物技术研究所所长。李卓玉教授于2002.03在德国Kaiserslautern大学生物化学系,并获得理学博士学位,2003.09至2009.09进入邓迪大学生物医学中心从肿瘤病因及分子干预研究。在此期间主要聚焦在大肠癌Wnt信号通路、细胞骨架运动和肿瘤细胞的浸润等领域的研究。2009年秋全职回到山西大学工作,并于2010年入选“山西省海外引进百人计划”。

主要研究方向

李卓玉教授课题组主要围绕结肠癌发病机理进行深入系统的研究,包括:肿瘤标靶分子的揭示及其外源分子干预、细胞周期与凋亡、细胞迁移和癌症转移、肿瘤信号传导、肿瘤免疫调控等;在分子、细胞、模式动物和人体标本等多个层次进行关键基因和蛋白的调控机制研究,为肿瘤的预防和治疗发现新型诊断/预后的分子标志物以及天然产物候选药物。
