江正强 :中国农业大学教授

江正强,男,汉族,出生于1971年6月10日,河南省人,毕业于中国农业大学,截止2023年11月30日任职中国农业大学食品学院教授。

江正强1992年7月从中国农业大学食品科学专业本科毕业,并于1995年3月获得中国农业大学食品学院食品科学专业硕士学位,同年,留校工作。2001年9月,江正强晋升为中国农业大学食品学院副教授,并于2004年12月晋升为教授。2006年8月,江正强获得中国农业大学食品学院食品科学专业博士学位。2013年8月至10月,江正强在德国吕贝克大学进行合作研究。2023年,江正强入选中国工程院2023年院士增选有效候选人名单。

江正强曾获得中国青年科技奖、国家科技发明二等奖、入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才和教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、第九届光华工程科技奖青年奖、第十四届光华工程科技奖等多个荣誉。

人物经历

1992年7月,江正强本科毕业于中国农业大学食品科学专业。1995年3月,江正强获得中国农业大学食品学院食品科学专业硕士学位,并留校工作。同年4月,江正强担任中国农业大学食品学院助教,讲师。2000年3月至2001年3月,江正强作为研究员在日本食品综合研究所酶工程研究室进行合作研究。2001年9月,江正强晋升为中国农业大学食品学院副教授。2004年12月,江正强晋升中国农业大学食品学院为教授。2005年9月至2006年7月,江正强在法国食品工业大学()进行合作研究。2006年8月,江正强获得中国农业大学食品学院食品科学专业博士学位。2013年8月至10月,江正强在德国吕贝克大学进行合作研究。2022年5月,江正强获得。2023年,江正强入选中国工程院2023年院士增选有效候选人名单。

研究方向

食品酶与发酵工程方向:新型食品酶基因的克隆和表达、酶制剂的发酵生产、纯化、性质和应用;新酶的结构解析及分子改造:如新型葡聚糖酶、酶、几丁质酶等。

食品科学与工程方向:低聚糖的生产和功能、传统发酵食品和粮油加工食品等。

其他方向:新资源食品、食用有机酸发酵及生物质资源高效利用等。

科研项目
