滕脉坤(1956年1月生),男,汉族中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事生化与分子生物学、结构生物学研究。现任生命科学学院党总支书记、副院长,分子生物学与细胞生物学系常务副主任。滕脉坤还担任中国毒理学会理事、生物毒素毒理专业委员会主任,以及中国生物物理学会中国晶体学会会员。

个人简介

滕脉坤, 男,1956年1月生,教授、博士生导师。

现任中国科技大学生命科学学院院长助理,分子生物学与细胞生物学系常务副主任。中国毒理学会理事,生物毒素毒理专业委员会主任,中国生物物理学会、中国晶体学会会员。

作为访问学者,曾分别在美国麻省理工学院生物系(1986-1988)、美国依里洛依大学厄本-香槟分校生理与生物物理系(1988-1989)、美国普渡大学生命科学系(1992)、哈佛大学医学院Dana-Farber肿瘤研究所(1996-1997)等进修和交流。多年从事生物大分子晶体学和结构与功能关系研究,主要从事脱氧核糖核酸寡聚核苷酸及其DNA-药物配位化合物的晶体学;病毒晶体学;T-细胞受体及其复合物的晶体学等;葡萄糖异构酶蛋白质工程中的结构测定和蛋白质分子设计等研究;中国尖吻蛇蛇毒蛋白的结构测定和结构与功能关系研究工作。

多年来主持和参与了多项国家和中国科学院的重点和重大课题的研究工作。获教育部高等教育科学技术二等奖(排名第三,2000年);安徽省教育厅科技进步一等奖(排名第三,2000年)。在Immunity, TheemboJournal, PNAS, Current Biology,Biochemistry, Nucleic Acids Res., Acta Cryst. D, 中国科学,科学通报等国际、国内著名学术刊物共发表论文近五十篇。

研究方向
