胡文辉 :广州医科大学药学院特聘教授

胡文辉博士,现任广州医科大学药学院特聘教授,药物化学专业博士生导师,兼学术委员会主任,广东省分子靶标与临床药理重点实验室副主任,呼吸病国家重点实验室研究员。

在历时20多年的新药研究中,胡教授团队已确立多个全新结构的候选药物。其中,基于神经胶质细胞功能障碍的抗阿尔兹海默症新药AD16(GIBH130、达甲酮),已获得国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)颁发的1.1类药物临床试验批件(批件号:2016L02442,2016L02443,2016L02444),化合物专利涵盖了全球多个国家。相关的研究以通讯作者的论文发表在Angewandte Chemie International Edition,Journal of Medicinal 化学、Organic Letters、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等学术刊物,并在Advanced Synthesis \u0026 Catalysis, ChemCatChem和科学通报上发表了封面文章。

人物经历

胡文辉,男,博士生导师,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,药物化学学科带头人,广州市蛇毒与生物毒素研究所所长,兼广州医科大学药学院学术委员会主任,广东省分子靶标与临床药理重点实验室副主任,呼吸病国家重点实验室研究员。

胡教授于2002年毕业于中国协和医科大学药物研究所,师从郭宗儒教授,开展抗炎药物的研究,获得博士学位。2002年-2006年在美国西北大学医学院从事博士后研究,开展神经退行性疾病的药物研究。2006年-2016年在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院历任副研究员、研究员、新药开发室主任。

2008年,胡文辉带领团队设计、发明了抗阿尔兹海默症新药AD16(哌哒甲片),2021年11月4日,哌哒甲酮片)已完成了一期临床,呈现出良好的安全性和耐受性。

主要成就

立足于尚无有效药物的重大疾病,胡文辉课题开展创新药物的研究,建立了国内具有特色和优势的新药研发团队。在历时20多年的新药研究中,胡教授团队已确立多个全新结构的候选药物。其中,基于神经胶质细胞功能障碍的抗阿尔茨海默氏症新药AD16(哌达甲酮),已获得国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)颁发的1.1类药物临床试验批件,正在开展临床试验中,化合物专利涵盖了全球多个国家。截至目前,已发表了30多篇国际学术论文,申请了30多项国家、国际发明专利,兼任药学学报的编委、广东省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主委。

科研项目

已主持国家科技部、国家中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会广东省科学技术厅的新药重大专项,企业横向经费等各类新药基金近20项,金额逾2000多万元。目前的在研课题:国家自然科学基金面上项目,81872743,神经胶质细胞调节剂AD110延缓阿尔兹海默症的作用及机制研究。
