龚铭，新婉约派音乐人，毕业于南京艺术学院。他的代表作品包括《盛世中国》和《吉祥奥运》等。龚铭具有作词、作曲、配器和演唱等多种才华，曲风委婉动听，在中国古典音乐基础上大胆创新，结合流行音乐、摇滚和管弦乐，创作出大量充满东方情怀和思想的作品。他还为中国古诗词配乐并演唱，致力于弘扬中国五千年灿烂的文化。2008年，龚铭参加了北京奥运会闭幕式演出，被誉为中国婉约派音乐的探索者和拓荒者。
